- Summer Rentals – Private waterfront homes are week-long stays only in July and August. Rangeley Lake and Gull pond homes mostly rent Saturday to Saturday. Mooselookmeguntic Lake, Quimby Pond, Dodge Pond, Loon Lake, Saddleback Lake and Beaver Mountain Lake mostly rent Sunday to Sunday. We do have a few properties that are Friday to Friday rentals as well.
- Off Water Homes – Homes rent for a two-night minimum stay.
- Winter Rentals – Most homes have a two-night minimum stay, except a few that have a three or four day minimum. Rentals begin on either Friday or Sunday.
- To get the most accurate pricing, enter the exact dates for your stay and then on the property listing pages you will see the total price listed with all taxes and fees.
- When you book online your reservation will become active in our system. We will send you a rental agreement to fill out to finish confirming your reservation. If there is an issue with the dates of your stay or the property a reservationist will contact you.
- We cannot allow guests to go over capacity at any of our properties.
- We are primarily a short term vacation rental company. We do not currently handle any long term rental options in the area.
