- Living area with Satellite TV, Wood stove, beautiful views
- Pull out sofa
- Bedroom 1 - Private master with California King bed
- Master bath with new rainfall shower head
- Bedroom 2 - Large sleeping loft with 1 Double and 1 Futon
- 1/2 bath in loft
- Open basement area bedroom 3 - 1 Queen pull-out
- 55” roku TV in the lower level with an Xbox 360 also (need own account to login to Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
- 3/4 Bath, with washer/dryer
- DirecTV NOW
- Highspeed WiFi - Fidium 50 mpbs
- Telephone
- Large deck with great views, and new furniture
- New Weber Gas Grill (please keep away from roof/house)
- Fire pit (please put out fire each night. Hose hookup is by carport)

- 2 inflatable paddle boards (Rack 1 - reserved for Alpine Loon Lodge renters all season. Please tie down after use. Paddles and life jackets in basement. Use at own risk.
- Inflatable Kayak (in basement or Rack 1- reserved for Alpine Loon Lodge renters. Please tie down after use. Paddles and life jackets in basement. Use at own risk.
- Gentle sloping drive with parking for 4 vehicles
- 1 small dog allowed - please make sure dog is on owner property only, unless walking on the road with a leash
- No ATV Access
