My sister owns a cabin on Saddleback Lake. Morton and Furbish Real Estate handled the purchase of the cabin and now the rental agency handles rentals, property management, and the like. They are always responsive. Issues that come up at the cabin, such as repairs, delivery, and housekeeping are handled in a timely manner. They have a team of folks who handle everything from a leaky dishwasher to a hornet's nest on the back porch -- all are exceptional, polite, and competent.
